
French Estate Weddings
This gracious old home has been the site of so many happy occasions over the years, and what a wonderful atmosphere has been created! Warm, intimate, elegant and relaxed…We are not a "wedding factory" so you won’t be rushed off. Our lovely bridal suite will be available early, so you can dress at your leisure and take advantage of the many photographic opportunities on our premises. The beautifully appointed public rooms – dramatic foyer, spacious salon, and cozy library-- will also be open throughout the event for your guests’ enjoyment.
It will be our pleasure to arrange for an event that is uniquely yours. Our goal is to be both flexible and affordable, so in addition to our great-value catered package we offer the use of the Estate facility on an "a la Carte" basis which allows you to feature the caterer of your choice:

q White resin chairs and round tables for 10
q Use of indoor/outdoor background music system
q Use of our spacious Bridal Suite for the day
q Ceremony rehearsal time on Thursday or Friday evening
q Non-catering setup and cleanup
q Ceremony Only: 3 hrs facility & 1 hr. rehearsal
q Receptions Only: 6 hrs facility time
q Both Ceremony & Reception: 7 1/2 hrs facility & 1 hr rehearsal

Catered Reception Package
A catered reception package is available for your convenience, at a cost of $25.00 per person in addition to the appropriate facility fee.

Event hours are 11am to 9pm. The bridal suite is generally available after 10:30am.
The City of Orange requires that all guests be on their way by 9:30pm.
Champagne, beer, and wine may be served on the premises. We do not hold a license to sell alcohol, but our clients or their caterers may provide and serve the above beverages at their own risk, without corkage fee.
City policy requires that parking shuttle service MUST be used for all events with 50+ guests, and maps directing your guests to our offsite parking lot MUST be included in your invitations.
A deposit for 50% of the facility fee will reserve your date. Balance of payment and final guest count are due 10 days in advance.
Maximum capacity for the facility is 150, including vendors
